An item with the designation Euclid basically means that it is as minershock has said, unpredictable, its tendencies seem to break current laws of physics and nature, its habits cannot be deciphered for sure, however it can be contained and may or may not pose a viable threat to human life.
They are a class of Sentient "Anomalies" in the SCP community. The Euclid class is given to certain subjects that are unpredictable and do anything, it might kill you or it might just leave you be. Either way it can still kill you. Good example is SCP-173, its kind of like the Weeping Angels, except a bit freakier IMO. See like Weeping Angels, 173 requires constant eye contact to keep it from killing anybody, thus making it very unpredictable. Therefore, it's a Euclid! Get it now?
I like this. The impossible box design fits the nature of the difficult-to-understand-or-study Euclid-Class SCP objects.
Incidentally, it wasn't until just now, when I was reading the word in the name of this pic that I realized I'd been reading the word wrong: I thought it was "eh-LOO-sid". I guess it's, um..."YOO-clid"? :/
Yeah, since posting my last comment, I have become much the wiser about SCP-related stuff. It is pronounced YOO-clid", referencing Euclidean geometry, the concept of space and matter as we understand it in our world.
